Those presenting such documents can give clear explanations about details whilst others simultaneously view the presentation.

Audio Conferencing is easy to use. The host dials an 0844 number and enters a Master PIN. To access the meeting each participant simply dials the same 0844 number and enters the Guest PIN code. Guests can exit the conference call at any time by simply hanging up.
