Non Geographic Numbers
Non-Geographic Numbers (NGN's) can bring distinct advantages to your business or organisation.
Take the numbers wherever you go – no need for reprinting of stationary and advertising when you relocate.
Targeted marketing – area-by-area analysis of your inbound call traffic means you can easily see where your calls are coming from, and thus, where your marketing campaigns are best focused.
NGN Options:
Freephone (0800) – You pay for the call, your customer calls you for free. Stand out from other organisations by giving your callers the ultimate in accessibility.
Local Rate (0845) – You pay nothing – your customer pays the same Local Rate from anywhere within the UK.
0844 – These are charged in a similar way to 0845's (i.e. Local Rate). We have different number ranges charging your customer between 2p and 5p per minute, with a corresponding rebate to you of between 0.5p and 2.0p per minute.
Area Call
Grow your business with a local presence in surrounding areas, or in UK towns and cities of your choice.
We simply supply you with a telephone number local to the area you would like to attract business from. Calls to this number are seamlessly forwarded to your actual office. For example, if you were based in Guildford and wished to attract new business from Brighton, we would supply you with an 01273 xxxxxx number.
NGN's and Area Call numbers work by connecting to a standard SCS / BT landline number. Calls are routed via SCS's network directly to this number. A separate landline is not required.
