‘SCS have been looking after the telephone system and providing call services for Elite Helicopters since we moved to Goodwood Aerodrome right back in 2001. In all this time we have been provided with what I can only describe as a 1st class and professional service that also comes with what I consider to be a very important factor, a personal and friendly approach.

If we encounter a problem, no matter how big or small, SCS have always responded in a fast and efficient manor, we have an engineer who is familiar with our system and internal wiring layout, we ask for him by name and we get him, he has never failed us yet.

We now have what I consider to be an excellent Music on Hold service that was very reasonably priced compared to others I had been offered. And even though I took a long time to finalise approval for the script for the voice over I was not pressured and everyone concerned was patient with me.

I get between 3 to 4 calls at least a month from other service providers trying to convince me that they can provide cheaper calls, give me a new phone system ‘Free of Charge !!!’ provide a better service etc. etc. etc. I simply tell them this: ‘Thank you very much but. I am very happy with my current supplier, I have no idea if I have a contract in place with them or how long it has to run, they provide the service I want, have never let me down and I am therefore not interested in even considering a change.

Keep up the good work Tony, Spike, Megan and all the others at SCS.
