When reviewing our telephone Systems, SCS provided a personal, efficient and cost-effective service. We were aware that SCS also provided Utility services and, as an existing customer, appreciated that we were never bombarded or pressurised with telemarketing calls.
With responsibility for utility services at six locations, I had already begun the process of switching to a common provider for duel fuel with the intention of achieving best value and co-terminus for a new agreement. Our main provider was only prepared to offer 12 or 24 month terms and we therefore sought advice from Tom at SCS.
Tom handled all the enquiries and negotiations – which alleviated our stress and valuable time constraints and SCS successfully negotiated lower rates from our existing supplier. Overall, we are delighted with the outcome that SCS have achieved and have no hesitation recommending their services.Nick Gates
I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of Portsmouth Mind to thank you and your colleagues at SCS for the excellent service you have provided, with the change over of our line rental and the installation of the additional phone line.
As you are aware from our meeting, we feel good customer service is paramount when dealing with providers as this is often a frustration that adds to problems and is often not necessary.
I am happy to say, we have received excellent customer service from not only the office staff at SCS but also from the engineer who came along to install the additional phone line and therefore would be happy to recommend you to other services/organisations.

SCS have been looking after the telephone system and providing call services for Elite Helicopters since we moved to Goodwood Aerodrome right back in 2001. In all this time we have been provided with what I can only describe as a 1st class and professional service that also comes with what I consider to be a very important factor, a personal and friendly approach.
If we encounter a problem, no matter how big or small, SCS have always responded in a fast and efficient manor, we have an engineer who is familiar with our system and internal wiring layout, we ask for him by name and we get him, he has never failed us yet.
We now have what I consider to be an excellent Music on Hold service that was very reasonably priced compared to others I had been offered. And even though I took a long time to finalise approval for the script for the voice over I was not pressured and everyone concerned was patient with me.
I get between 3 to 4 calls at least a month from other service providers trying to convince me that they can provide cheaper calls, give me a new phone system ‘Free of Charge !!!’ provide a better service etc. etc. etc. I simply tell them this: ‘Thank you very much but. I am very happy with my current supplier, I have no idea if I have a contract in place with them or how long it has to run, they provide the service I want, have never let me down and I am therefore not interested in even considering a change.

SCS Telecoms have been our telecommunications provider for several years and have provided excellent service throughout that time. Both our SCS account manager and engineers went out of their way to help with a particular issue which arose whilst changing our “On Hold” provider last year, and it must be said that such a high standard of Customer Service is rare to find today.

We have been with SCS since 2008 and initially switched to reduce the cost of our telecoms, over the years we have found the customer service to be excellent, being smaller than the main providers they are more personal to deal with, when we need to call we know the people we are talking to and they know us and our set up which is far better than calling a large call centre, as a result we now also have our broadband with SCS and they also help us with transferring our numbers with our recent office move. I would be happy to recommend them.
We have been using SCS to provide our phone systems for nearly 3 years now and are very impressed with the service they provide. The system is affordable and below market cost, but what we love most about SCS is their support. When we call with a IT problem they always get back to us within the hour and provide very easy to understand instructions. We have been with SCS now for over a year with our telecoms and broadband. As a result of going to SCS we have reduced our annual communications costs by approx £1.3k per annum from our previous suppliers. The major savings have come from call costs and line rental, and as a golf club this is a not insignificant sum as far as we are concerned.
As a result of the savings that we have made a number of my industry colleagues have also gone over to SCS and they have advised that they are making significant savings as well.
Have to say the after sales and technical support is excellent and if we have had issues, and these are very limited, it is a single phone call away without having to go through various hoops to get to the right departments.

The new phones are fantastic. The sound quality is so much better, and as yet we have not had an outage, not even for a couple of minutes which used to happen at least every week on our old VoIP system.
